Refund policy

— We are not responsible for misdirected orders if incorrect or outdated shipping information is provided.

— We are not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery by shipping service to the requested address. Please ensure your order is delivered to a secure location.

— Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.

— Customs, duties, and associated taxes for international orders are the sole responsibility of the client. 

— Sale, discounted, special order, pre-order, and layaway items are final sale.

— International (outside the US 50 states) orders are final sale.

— All exchanges are final and cannot be returned or exchanged further.

— Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with tag

— Returns must be confirmed with Kristine Peñafiel Salviejo prior to shipment or they will not be accepted. Please contact us for a return authorization before sending back any merchandise. If merchandise is returned without authorization, your item will be refused/sent back to the original shipping address at your expense.
